This prize draw is operated by Pay Smart Home Limited (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility
- The competition is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of Pay Smart Home, Pay Smart Carpets or Lazy Carpets ("the Group") their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
How to Enter
- To enter, participants must complete the official entry form in full via our website.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Internet access is required.
- Entries that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, automated, or submitted after the closing date will not be counted.
Opening and Closing Dates
- The competition opens on Friday 12/06/2026
- The closing date for entries is Sunday 26/07/2026 at 23:59.
- Entries received after this time will not be valid.
The Prize
One winner will receive a living room package with a total value of £2062.00, consisting of the following items:

The prize is subject to stock availability at the time of selection.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
Sofa Selection
- The winner may choose from the standard colours and fabrics available within the Imogen U-Shape Sofa range at the time the prize is awarded.
- Colour and fabric availability is subject to manufacturer stock and may change without notice.
- The choice of colour and fabric must be confirmed within the timeframe specified by the Promoter.
- Premium fabrics, upgraded specifications, bespoke modifications, alternative configurations, and any options outside the standard range are excluded.
- Once the sofa order has been submitted to the manufacturer, the chosen colour and fabric cannot be changed.
- If the winner does not make a selection within the timeframe provided, the Promoter reserves the right to select a colour and fabric option on the winner's behalf or withdraw the prize entitlement.
- Images used in promotional material are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent all available colour and fabric options.
Prize Exclusions & Important Information
The following are not included with the prize:
- Assembly service
- Packaging removal or disposal
- Loxa 3 or 5-Year Protection Plan
- Any extended or additional warranty products
The prize is supplied without any additional or extended warranty beyond your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Delivery Terms
- Delivery is available to Great Britain mainland addresses only (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man).
- Delivery times will vary by product typically as follows

- Mitchell & Brown Smart TV 7-10 Business Days
- Chicago TV Stand 7-10 Business Days
- Chicago Coffee Table 7-10 Business Days
- Free delivery applies to the first delivery attempt only.
Delivery information is provided as an estimate only and may vary depending on stock availability, supplier lead times, and delivery scheduling.
The winner is responsible for ensuring:
- Items will fit within the property
- Adequate access is available (including doorways, staircases, and access routes)
If delivery fails due to:
- Access issues
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal of delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Any other customer-related reason
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Charge for redelivery
or - Withdraw and forfeit the prize entirely
If any item cannot be delivered or installed due to access restrictions, property limitations or dimensions, no cash alternative, substitute item or compensation will be provided.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays or issues outside its reasonable control.
Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date.
- The draw will be conducted using a fair and verifiable method.
The provisional winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner, which may include telephone calls, email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media messaging, or other available communication methods.
A maximum of three (3) contact attempts may be made using any combination of telephone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media messaging or other available communication methods over a period of up to three (3) days from the initial contact attempt.
The provisional winner must respond within 24 hours of the first contact attempt, regardless of when any message is viewed, received or acknowledged.
If the provisional winner:
- cannot be contacted,
- does not respond within the required timeframe,
- fails eligibility or verification checks,
- declines the prize, or
- is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions,
the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and select an alternative winner.
Verification checks may include confirmation of identity, age, residency, contact details, and confirmation that the entrant complied with these Terms and Conditions.
The surname and county of the winner may be made available on request in line with ASA requirements. Participants may object to this by contacting the Promoter.
Winner Acceptance & Selection Requirements
- The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions when requested by the Promoter.
- The winner must provide any information reasonably required to facilitate verification, prize fulfilment, and delivery.
- Any product selections required as part of the prize must be confirmed within the timeframe specified by the Promoter.
- Failure to provide the required confirmation or information within the requested timeframe may result in delays, withdrawal of the prize entitlement, and selection of an alternative winner at the Promoter's discretion.
Publicity
The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including the publication of their first name, surname initial, and county on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.
The Promoter may request that the winner provides a photograph of themselves receiving the prize for promotional purposes. While participation is voluntary, the Promoter reserves the right to share details of the winner (first name, surname initial and county) across its website and social media channels to confirm the outcome of the promotion.
If the winner objects to the publication of their name or county, they should notify the Promoter when contacted. In such circumstances, the Promoter may still be required to provide winner details to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request in order to demonstrate that a valid award took place.
Winner Announcement
The winner may be announced on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels after the draw has taken place.
Data Protection and Marketing
By entering, participants agree that their personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Where consent is given, entrants may receive marketing communications from Pay Smart Home. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
General
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
- The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, automated, or in breach of these terms.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
- Entrants must ensure the contact details provided at entry remain valid and capable of receiving communications from the Promoter up to and including the date of the draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility where it is unable to contact a winner due to inaccurate or inactive contact details.
