This prize draw is operated by Pay Smart Home Limited (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility
- The competition is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of Pay Smart Home, Pay Smart Carpets or Lazy Carpets ("the Group"), their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
How to Enter
- To enter, participants must complete the official entry form in full via our website.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Internet access is required.
- Entries that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, automated, or submitted after the closing date will not be counted.
Opening and Closing Dates
- The competition opens on Tuesday 01/09/2026.
- The closing date for entries is Wednesday 30/09/2026 at 23:59.
- Entries received after this time will not be valid.
The Prize
One winner will receive a kitchen appliance package with a total RRP/value of £1,136.00, consisting of the following items:

The prize is subject to stock availability at the time the prize is fulfilled.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any item within the prize with an alternative product of equal or greater value if necessary, including where an advertised product becomes unavailable or is discontinued.
Prize Exclusions & Important Information
The following are not included with the prize:
- Installation or connection of any appliance
- Removal or disposal of any existing appliances
- Packaging removal or disposal
- Any alterations to the winner's property required to accommodate the products
- Any extended or additional warranty or protection products
The winner is responsible for ensuring that the products are suitable for their property and intended location, including checking product measurements, available space, access routes and any electrical or other connection requirements before delivery.
The prize is supplied without any additional or extended warranty beyond any manufacturer warranty supplied with the products and the winner's applicable statutory rights.
Images used in promotional material are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences in appearance, colour, packaging or product detailing may occur.
Delivery Terms
- Delivery is available to Great Britain mainland addresses only, subject to the delivery availability of the relevant supplier or courier and any applicable postcode restrictions.
- Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and other locations which cannot be serviced by the relevant supplier or courier are excluded.
- The products are typically delivered within approximately 7–10 business days, although individual items may be delivered separately and at different times.
- Free delivery applies to the first delivery attempt only.
Delivery information is provided as an estimate only and may vary depending on stock availability, supplier lead times, courier scheduling and the winner's location.
The winner is responsible for ensuring:
- The products will fit within the property and their intended location
- Adequate access is available, including doorways, hallways, staircases and other access routes
- Any existing appliance or obstruction is removed where necessary before delivery
- A responsible adult is available to accept delivery where required
- The delivery information supplied to the Promoter is complete and accurate
If delivery fails due to:
- Access issues
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal of delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- The product not fitting within the property or intended location
- Any other customer-related reason
the Promoter reserves the right to:

- Withdraw and forfeit the affected item or prize entirely where reasonable in the circumstances.
If any item cannot be delivered, positioned or used due to access restrictions, property limitations, dimensions or other circumstances relating to the winner's property, no cash alternative, substitute item or compensation will be provided.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays or issues outside its reasonable control.
Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date.
- The draw will be conducted using a fair and verifiable method.
The provisional winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner, which may include telephone calls, email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media messaging, or other available communication methods.
A maximum of three (3) contact attempts may be made using any combination of telephone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media messaging or other available communication methods over a period of up to three (3) days from the initial contact attempt.
The provisional winner must respond within 24 hours of the first contact attempt, regardless of when any message is viewed, received or acknowledged.
If the provisional winner:
- cannot be contacted,
- does not respond within the required timeframe,
- fails eligibility or verification checks,
- declines the prize, or
- is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions,
the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and select an alternative winner.
Verification checks may include confirmation of identity, age, residency, contact details, and confirmation that the entrant complied with these Terms and Conditions.
The surname and county of the winner may be made available on request in line with ASA requirements. Participants may object to this by contacting the Promoter.
Winner Acceptance Requirements
- The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions when requested by the Promoter.
- The winner must provide any information reasonably required to facilitate verification, prize fulfilment and delivery.
- The winner may be required to provide appropriate proof of identity, age and/or residency as part of the verification process.
- Failure to provide the required confirmation or information within the requested timeframe may result in delays, withdrawal of the prize entitlement, and selection of an alternative winner at the Promoter's discretion.
Publicity
The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including the publication of their first name, surname initial, and county on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.
The Promoter may request that the winner provides a photograph of themselves receiving the prize for promotional purposes. While participation is voluntary, the Promoter reserves the right to share details of the winner (first name, surname initial and county) across its website and social media channels to confirm the outcome of the promotion.
If the winner objects to the publication of their name or county, they should notify the Promoter when contacted. In such circumstances, the Promoter may still be required to provide winner details to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request in order to demonstrate that a valid award took place.
Winner Announcement
The winner may be announced on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels after the draw has taken place.
Data Protection and Marketing
By entering, participants agree that their personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Where consent is given, entrants may receive marketing communications from Pay Smart Home. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
General
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
- The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, automated, or in breach of these terms.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
