Ways to Pay

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a range of payment options, including debit or credit card, Klarna, Paypal and flexible finance solutions to suit your needs, with interest-free options available. With Snap Finance, you can also spread the cost with convenient weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payments.

How do I apply for finance?

To apply for finance, simply select your preferred finance option at checkout. Follow the prompts to complete a quick application directly through our website. You’ll need to provide some basic details, and you’ll receive a decision within minutes. If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer support team is here to help.

Can I pay weekly?

Snap Finance offers flexible payment options: Choose weekly, fortnightly, monthly, every four weeks, or even pay it off in 4 months with their Pay in 4 option.

Is there a deposit payment?

With Snap Finance, you can get 0% APR over 11 months with your first payment as the deposit. If you spread the cost over longer terms (24, 36, or 48 months), a minimum deposit of £1 is required.

Can I check if I'm eligible for Snap Finance?

Fill out a short form to check your eligibility. Don't worry, Snap Finance will only carry out a soft search at this time so this won't impact your credit score.

Placing an Order

How do I track my order?

Tracking the status of your order is easy. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website or the carrier's website to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

When will my order be delivered?

When you choose a product online, you'll see an estimated delivery lead time displayed on the product page and at checkout. Please note that bespoke items may require longer lead times. Delivery times can fluctuate daily, and we’ll keep you updated if any changes occur. If any issues arise, we’ll contact you promptly. While we strive to meet the original delivery estimate, please understand that delays beyond our control can happen. We’ll always make every effort to inform you of any changes as soon as possible.

Do you cover my area?

We deliver to most of mainland Great Britain; however, we’re currently unable to offer delivery to certain locations, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and some remote areas. For a complete list of excluded regions, please visit our delivery information page.

How much is delivery?

We offer FREE delivery on all products; however, our suppliers or their couriers may apply a surcharge for certain remote areas. For full details, please visit our delivery information page.

How should I prepare for my delivery?

We want your delivery to go as smoothly as possible, and a little preparation on your part can make all the difference.

Please consider planning a clear path for our delivery team, including how they’ll access your property and the best route to place your new item in its intended spot. To make things easier, you might want to move your car off the drive, relocate any furniture that could obstruct the way, or even temporarily take down wall hangings that might be at risk.

If we’re collecting an item for disposal or recycling, please ensure it’s ready for us to take.

My item arrived damaged or isn’t working

Returns

Can I return an item I don't want?

If you purchased with a debit or credit card and aren’t satisfied with your product, simply notify us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return (exclusions apply; see our Terms & Conditions for details).

If you made your purchase through a credit agreement with Snap Finance Ltd, please contact them directly at 03300 109381 to discuss your options.

Do you offer free returns?

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged. We may be able to arrange collection for you, but payment for collection is required in advance.

If you paid by debit or credit card, the agreed collection cost will be deducted from your refund. For purchases financed through Snap Finance Ltd, they will work with you directly to arrange payment for the return delivery cost.

How do I request a return?

Warranty & Service

Will my item have a warranty?

Manufacturers provide a warranty in addition to your rights under the Sales of Goods Act. Most products include a 1-year warranty covering parts and labour, though some may offer extended warranties—please check the product details for specifics.

Please note that our warranties apply only to domestic use; items intended for commercial use may not be covered.

How do I report a fault?
