We've Partnered With British Heart Foundation
We're proud to partner with BHF to offer our customers a free furniture collection service. When you buy a new product from us, whether it’s furniture, a TV or an appliance, you can choose to donate your old item. BHF will collect it directly from your home, completely free of charge*.
Your donation will be sold in BHF shops to help fund lifesaving research into cardiovascular disease, giving your furniture a second life and supporting a great cause.
How It Works
1. Book Your Collection
Click below or call 0808 250 0245 to schedule your free collection.
2. Choose A Convenient Time
Select a collection date that works for you. The BHF team will confirm and keep you updated.
3. Hand It Over
The BHF team will collect your items straight from your home and take care of the rest!
*Please note:
For quality and safety reasons:
- Items must be in saleable condition, clean, and free from heavy wear or stains.
- Upholstered items must have a valid fire safety label.
- Free collection is at the discretion of the local BHF store whose van drivers make the final decision on donations.
