This prize draw is operated by Pay Smart Home Limited (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility
- The competition is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of Pay Smart Home, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
How to Enter
- To enter, participants must complete the official entry form in full via our website.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Internet access is required.
- Entries that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, automated, or submitted after the closing date will not be counted.
Opening and Closing Dates
- The competition opens on Tuesday 07/04/2026.
- The closing date for entries is Saturday 09/05/2026 at 23:59.
- Entries received after this time will not be valid.
The Prize
One winner will receive one sofa from the Byron Dundee range, choosing one of the following options:

Available colours:
- Grey
- Silver
The prize is subject to stock availability at the time of selection.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
Prize Exclusions & Important Information
The following are not included with the prize:
- Assembly service
- Packaging removal or disposal
- Loxa 5-Year Protection Plan
- Any extended or additional warranty products
The prize is supplied without any additional or extended warranty beyond your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Delivery Terms
- Delivery is available to Great Britain mainland addresses only (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man).
- Delivery typically takes 2–8 weeks, however this is an estimate only and may vary depending on stock availability, supplier lead times, and delivery scheduling.
- Free delivery applies to the first delivery attempt only.
The winner is responsible for ensuring:
- The item will fit within the property
- Adequate access is available (including doorways, staircases, and access routes)
If delivery fails due to:
- Access issues
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal of delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Any other customer-related reason
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Charge for redelivery
or - Withdraw and forfeit the prize entirely
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays or issues outside its reasonable control.
Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date.
- The draw will be conducted using a fair and verifiable method.
Winner Notification
- The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
- The winner must respond within 7 days of contact.
- If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The surname and county of the winner may be made available on request in line with ASA requirements. Participants may object to this by contacting the Promoter.
Winner Acceptance & Selection Requirements
- The winner must confirm their chosen configuration (sofa type, colour, and orientation where applicable) within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- Failure to confirm selections may result in delays or forfeiture of the prize at the Promoter’s discretion.
Publicity
The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including the publication of their first name, surname initial, and county on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.
The Promoter may request that the winner provides a photograph of themselves receiving the prize for promotional purposes. While participation is voluntary, the Promoter reserves the right to share details of the winner (first name, surname initial and county) across its website and social media channels to confirm the outcome of the promotion.
If the winner objects to the publication of their name or county, they should notify the Promoter when contacted. In such circumstances, the Promoter may still be required to provide winner details to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request in order to demonstrate that a valid award took place.
Winner Announcement
The winner may be announced on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels after the draw has taken place.
Data Protection and Marketing
By entering, participants agree that their personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Where consent is given, entrants may receive marketing communications from Pay Smart Home. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
General
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
- The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, automated, or in breach of these terms.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
- Entrants must ensure the contact details provided at entry remain valid and capable of receiving communications from the Promoter up to and including the date of the draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility where it is unable to contact a winner due to inaccurate or inactive contact details.
