Promoter
This prize draw is operated by Pay Smart Home Limited (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility
- The competition is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of Pay Smart Home, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
How to Enter
- To enter, participants must complete the official entry form in full.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Internet access is required.
- Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the closing date will not be counted.
Opening and Closing Dates
- The competition opens on 27th February 2026.
- The closing date for entries is 13th March 2026 at 23:59.
- Entries received after this time will not be valid.
The Prize
- One winner will receive: Mitchell & Brown 60" LED Freeview 4K Smart webOS TV.
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date.
- The draw will be conducted using a fair and verifiable method.
Winner Notification
- The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- The surname and county of the winner may be made available on request in line with ASA requirements. Participants may object to this by contacting the Promoter.
Prize Fulfilment
- The prize will be delivered to a Great Britain mainland address only. (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man are excluded)
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delivery issues outside its reasonable control.
Data Protection and Marketing
- By entering, participants agree that their personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
- Where consent is given, entrants may receive marketing communications from Pay Smart Home.
- Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
General
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
- The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
- Entrants must ensure the contact details provided at entry remain valid and capable of receiving communications from the Promoter up to and including the date of the draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility where it is unable to contact a winner due to inaccurate or inactive contact details.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
